The Ministry of the Environment has introduced a 'Streamined Review' process for the autobody industry. This accelerated process saves us time in preparing your application, and that savings gets passed back to you. To see if you qualify, read on.

How it works:
The streamlined review screens all the data we put into it and if it passes a letter is issued to us. We attach the required information and documents then submit the application on your behalf.

Specifics that may make you invalid for Streamlined Review:
There are some situations where the streamlined review process may not pass. If you are close to residential, are in a multi-tenant building, or one side of your building is within 5 metres of the property line, a full Emission Summary and Dispersion Modeling (ESDM) report may be required. If this is the case, we can handle that for you also.

The Costs:
If the Streamlined Review works for you, the Ministry fee will remain the same. However, our fee will only be $340.00 to process the application and see it thru to completion.

We will do all the required paperwork and calculations, submit to the Ministry and will remain your Technical Consultant until
the issuing of the Certificate of Approval (CofA).

Costs for a full ESDM vary on each individual project, and is determined by the number of paint products used and the total amount of equipment.
